Turn 'n Tender South Africa

I am very happy to say that, after eight months, I can finally change my review to a positive one. I would like to sincerely thank the entire top management team for taking the time to assist me and for encouraging me to give the establishment another chance. I truly appreciate the effort that was made. Tonight’s experience was exactly what we had always remembered and loved — warm, friendly and attentive service from start to finish with wonderful food. A special thank you to Esther, who was absolutely amazing. Her service was exceptional, and we will definitely be asking for her whenever we visit again. I would also like to commend Bella, the managers, who took the time to come and greet us personally and assisted us so warmly throughout our visit. Her approach and customer service were truly appreciated. Thank you once again for turning our experience around and for giving us a reason to leave with such a positive impression. It is wonderful to be able to say that we once again had the experience we remembered and enjoyed. Thank you for a great experience!

Joseph our waiter was exceptional. He knew the menu, his timing was suberb. The cocktails were professionally mixed. I had a point rump (prime cut) worth every cent. The prices are a bit steep but if you want to avoid loud overbaringly busy scenes, this is the place to come do a date night.

Food is nice but takes forever when they are preparing it. Service was great and the atmosphere.

Good service

I loved everything!
